Registration is absolutely free, to get started click on "Register" in the top left corner of the screen. You will be asked to fill in a user name, password and your valid email address. Once you enter the information and receive a confirmation email you will be ready for the second and final step before you can begin bidding on cars.
Before you can begin bidding you will have to make a refundable security deposit. A deposit of $400 or 10% of the vehicle purchase price, depending on which is greater, is necessary to maintain auction integrity. Your account must have a security deposit for each vehicle you are bidding on. The deposit is completely refundable anytime you wish to stop bidding on vehicles. To make the deposit you will have to complete your profile.
Vehicle search makes it easy to find the exact car you're looking for, it offers more than 10 different search criteria to help you zero in on the exact vehicle you are looking for. Once you've found a satisfactory vehicle, we recommend you examine the provided information and pictures to get a good idea of the vehicle's status. You can also order a third party inspection.
Once you satisfied with your selection you can place your bid. We recommend you place the maximum bid you are comfortable paying for the vehicle, this way the system will compete with other bidders on your behalf until your maximum bid is reached. Your maximum bid is only visible to you and the auction system, never to competing bidders, that is unless your maximum bid is exceeded. This allows a hassle free approach to bidding.
You will be notified if you are the winner of an auction, at which point full payment will be required.The payment is due 5 pm PST the next day after the auction to avoid any possible storage fees and late charges. Payment will only be accepted through bank direct deposit or wire transfer in US dollars. A transaction fee of $195 for vehicles under $2000 or 295 for all others will be added to the price. Note that there will be a $50 document processing fee. Furthermore, residents of Georgia will be required to pay sales tax and transfer fee.
Once we receive full payment we will send you all paperwork necessary to complete the transfer of the title to your name. Once we receive an original title from an auto auction, we'll reassign the ownership documents to you (put your name on it) and then mail it out to your mailing address.
Once payment and paperwork are done, it's time to receive your vehicle. We offer two convenient options to receive your vehicle. First option is pick up directly from an auction location if you bid on an auction in your state and it's plausible for you to pick it up in a timely manner. The second option is BidNDrive assisted shipping. We can ship your vehicle directly to you for a low fee. You can calculate the cost of this service by visiting shipping calculator. You are also welcome to use a third party shipping service if you so choose.
